My name is Jack Weisel, and I represent my sister, the acclaimed New York fashion designer Heidi Weisel.
Heidi was renowned for her fashion-forward modernist evening wear, admired for its bold elegance, sleek lines, and effortless femininity. At the height of her career in the 1990s and 2000s, her collections were featured at Barneys, Neiman Marcus, and the finest boutiques nationwide, including your own. Her gowns graced Hollywood's red carpets and Manhattan’s most stylish women, establishing her as a defining voice in American design. Her talent was further recognized with pieces held in the permanent collection of The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Sadly, Heidi passed in her prime. Today, I seek to place over 150 of her favorite designs with fans and collectors who value her artistry. These are timeless creations that have never been worn and are impeccably preserved. This is a great American story told through art and fashion, one that deserves to be lauded and celebrated. I would love to explore the possibility of a sale of the collection, in whole or in part, to New York Vintage. Your appreciation of Heidi’s work would be invaluable, and we’re happy to adjust positioning and values to best suit your clientele. I am sending along the complete Heidi Weisel Archive Collection catalog, including retail values for each piece, along with a broad range of her most iconic designs. Please let me know if you would be open to a conversation about possible next steps. With kind regards, Jack Weisel Tel: 917-770-2345 |
